Maintenance and cleaning
Your new Wouf Poof® can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. If a stubborn stain persists, you can use a very mild baby soap on a damp cloth to remove it. Never, ever use any type of cleaning soap, oil of any type (including leather oil), tough detergents or so-called leather maintenance or leather cleaning products on your Wouf Poof® . Although these products may be safe to use on other leather goods in your home, such products are made of harsh chemicals, and can be very dangerous and harmful to your dog. If you are not able to remove a really tough stain, please contact your local dry-cleaner experienced in cleaning leather. We cannot, however, do not guarantee the work of a dry cleaner and you do so at your own risk.
Limited Warranty
We guarantee your Wouf Poof® products to be free from of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. There can be no refunds on any product for any reason, only exchange or replacement for a Wouf Poof® of equal value. We do not guarantee the color of your Wouf Poof® will match with that of the Wouf Poof® model you have seen on the Web site, since every computer will display color in a different way. The colors offered on the Web site are intended for display purposes only and as a guide to help your purchase, but they do not necessarily reflect the exact colors of the product you will receive. The limited warranty is null and void if any non-approved product is used to clean or maintain the Wouf Poof® .
